Account Deletion
Delete your account in the app
- Open Vocal Minutes.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Privacy from the app menu.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@vocalminutes.com from the email address linked to your Vocal Minutes account. Use the subject line "Delete my Vocal Minutes account".
We may ask for reasonable confirmation that you control the account email before completing the request. We will not process deletion requests from an unauthenticated third party unless legally required or properly authorized.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile.
- Your meetings.
- Your transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action items.
- Your saved meeting settings and speaker-name memory.
- Your active sessions.
- Temporary audio files connected to your meetings, if still present.
What may be retained briefly
Some technical logs, security records, backup copies, or records needed for legal, fraud prevention, security, or compliance reasons may be retained for a limited period where permitted by law. These records are not used to restore your account after deletion, and retained records are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Processing time
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification.
